my school uses the best software for blocking a site.
all u have 2 do is make a automated ip changer that takes proxy ips from wikipedia and changes your proxy all the time!
cyril jackson is a h4xing group, blocking secure sites and webmail.
i need webmail to mass request robot parts.
hotmail is bl0cked.
h4x the filters!

but still unable to open sites
den i tried to convert d ip address into binary(1s n 0s)
but im not sure whether dis method is correct or not

I blocked my daughters access to Facebook using Internet Options->Content. Then I disabled her access to Internet Options using gpedit.msc. Then I told her to hack my changes and she could get back onto Facebook again. If she's too lazy to do a Google search to figure out the hack, she doesn't deserve to enjoy her favorite sites. Personally, I've attempted to hack every computer with restricted access. I say, let the smart kids enjoy their favorite sites. When it gets out of hand, raise the bar to the next level. Understanding how to navigate the web and internal Windows operations is part of the educational process.

Hello,

I work as a system level programmer in Dubai , and pagemod proxies were the only ones which got through the Etisalat Filter.
I have tried all sorts of proxy servers like TOR etc but all get pretty slow and inaccessible moreover pagemod has support
for myspace bebo facebook orkut and video sites as well.
Even tough web proxies like pagemod proxies gets blocked eventually I get new ones just by sending a mail to
pagemod@gmail.com or by subscribing to their services.
Presently their new ones are:
